Job summary

Brown & Brown requires an Enterprise Solutions - Cloud FinOps Analyst in Plano, TX. You will bridge Finance, Compliance and Cloud Engineering to optimize cloud spend, implement guardrails, and deliver actionable reporting across our Azure footprint.

The role focuses on cost allocation, governance, and proactive savings initiatives to drive financial accountability across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud operations or cloud infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years direct responsibility for cloud spend management and FinOps governance.
• Experience with cloud cost management tools such as Azure Cost Management, IBM Apptio Cloudability, Azure Advisor.
• Familiarity with resource tagging, subscriptions, and cost-center mappings for allocations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure usage to identify waste and over-provisioned resources.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives (RI, Savings Plans, rightsizing, hybrid benefits).
• Design dashboards with Azure Cost Management and Power BI; support chargebacks.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Cloud Engineering on budgets and forecasts.
