The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Cloud FinOps and 5+ years in cloud operations, with strong Azure Cost Management and Power BI skills, plus relevant Azure certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Cloud FinOps experience.
• 5+ years overall experience in cloud operations or cloud infrastructure management.
• Direct responsibility over cloud spends management, cost optimization, and FinOps governance functions.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure cloud usage to identify waste and over-provisioned infrastructure.
• Implement savings initiatives including RI, Savings Plans, rightsizing, and tiering.
• Establish cost alert thresholds and investigate spend spikes.
• Design dashboards using Azure Cost Management and Power BI.
• Maintain cloud cost allocation models with tagging and governance.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on quarterly cloud spend forecasts.
• Review new cloud solutions for FinOps/governance alignment.
• Participate in architecture reviews to identify cost optimization opportunities early.
