Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage hybrid cloud environments with a focus on Azure. The role is on-site in Newport News, VA, and not remote.

The engineer will design, implement, and optimize cloud architectures while collaborating across teams and ensuring security and compliance. The ideal candidate has deep Azure experience, strong networking knowledge, and a passion for automation and documentation, with a preference for candidates holding Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent training and experience required.
• Five years of relevant experience or a master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in cloud/hybrid architectures and Azure solutions, including networking and infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Designs, deploys, scales, and maintains Azure Cloud solutions to meet goals.
• Collaborates with department teams to architect solutions.
• Serves as SME on Microsoft Azure cloud architecture.
• Ensures compliance with security standards.
• Develops and maintains operational documentation and procedures.
• Oversees cloud technology direction and strategy.
• Automates cloud enablement tools and coordinates with vendors.
• Performs vulnerability management with Information Security.
• Troubleshoots connectivity and performance issues across cloud environments.
