Job summary

OKAYA INFOCOM is seeking a Senior Disaster Recovery Lead to design, implement, and continually improve enterprise DR strategies with emphasis on Azure. You will drive automation, test plans, and validation exercises across infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud environments.

The role requires coordinating with Governance, Risk and Compliance teams, and communicating recovery readiness metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Disaster Recovery strategies and frameworks.
• Ability to lead testing, validation, and post-test remediation activities.
• Strong collaboration across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of Enterprise DR programs.
• Drive DR automation using Azure-native and cloud-based resiliency solutions.
• Validate RTOs/RPOs for critical services and coordinate cross-functional DR testing.
