Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating packaging and deployment with security integrated.

Qualifications

• 4-Year / Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps or release engineering experience with CI/CD pipelines in a production environment.
• Proven expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO), YAML, releases, environments, and test plan integration.
• Experience managing environment promotion workflows with gates, quality checks, and rollback capabilities.
• Scripting in PowerShell, C#, or Python for deployment automation and validation.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Server environments.
• Experience with version control systems and branching strategies for multiple streams.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES/SOC/industrial data systems; SAP/Kafka/Ignition/SQL integration preferred.
• OpenShift/Redhat experience preferred.
• Terraform/Ansible/Azure templates IaC for provisioning preferred.
• Docker/Kubernetes for adjacent services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for packaging and deployment.
• Manage environment promotion workflow from Dev to Production with gates.
• Develop automated tests/validation against SAP, Kafka, and Ignition/SQL.
• Collaborate on branching strategies and PR workflows for parallel builds.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code and configuration across Dev, Test, and Production.
• Work with Architecture to define deployment standards and runbooks.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and incident response.
• Maintain deployment documentation and release notes.
• Contribute to DevOps maturity to reduce manual effort and lead times.
• Collaborate with security teams to deploy secure cloud infra in Azure.
