Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a seasoned DevOps professional to own and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automate packaging, validation, and deployment, and ensure security is integrated throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage environment promotion (Dev→Test→Prod), build automated test and validation frameworks across SAP, DataHub, Kafka, and Bartender, and collaborate across teams to standardize deployments and incident response.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years DevOps or release engineering in production.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
• Experience managing Dev→Test→Production workflows with gates.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Experience in Windows and Linux servers.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES/SCADA deployments.
• OpenShift or IaC tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate packaging, validation, and deployment.
• Own environment promotion workflow with gates to protect operations stability.
• Develop automated test and validation frameworks for code packages against SAP, DataHub, Kafka, and Bartender.
• Collaborate on branching strategies and PR workflows to support parallel builds.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code and config management across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Define deployment standards, cutover runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and incident response for platform reliability.
• Maintain deployment docs and release notes aligned with Way of Working.
• Contribute to DevOps maturity by reducing manual effort and shorten lead times.
• Collaborate with development, operations, security to deploy secure Azure infrastructure.
• Leverage Wiz for vulnerability monitoring across cloud, containers, apps.
• Integrate security scans, vulnerability management, and compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC 2.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls.
• Perform regular security audits and threat assessments.
