Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global HVAC leader, seeks a DevOps Engineer in the United States with 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps experience. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automate packaging and deployments, and enforce secure release controls across Dev, Test, and Production.

You will integrate automated tests for multiple interfaces (SAP, Kafka, Ignition/SQL) and collaborate on branching, IaC, and deployment standards, ensuring reliable, scalable platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps or release engineering experience in a production environment.
• Proven expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO), including YAML pipelines, release pipelines, environment management, and test plan integration.
• Experience managing environment promotion workflows with gates, quality checks, and rollback capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting for deployment automation and validation (C#, PowerShell, Python).
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers and modern version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate packaging, validation, and deployment of enterprise configurations while embedding security.
• Own and operate the environment promotion workflow (Dev → Test → Production) with gates and release controls.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and validation for code packages, including SAP, DataHub, Kafka, and Bartender interfaces.
• Collaborate on branching strategies, PR workflows, and parallel build cycles across multi-workstreams.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code and config management for Dev, Test, and Production environments to ensure parity.
• Define deployment standards with Architecture, cutover runbooks, and rollback procedures for go-lives.
• Support post-deployment monitoring, incident response, and drift diagnostics across plant instances.
• Maintain deployment docs, release notes, and Azure DevOps pipeline definitions aligned with Way of Working.
