Job summary

Enavate is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead Azure delivery and manage Azure CSP environments. You will design, implement, and maintain Azure and Windows-based infrastructure to support cloud customers, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

The role requires 4+ years hands-on Azure, RDS, and Windows experience, strong problem-solving, ITIL change control participation, and collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience implementing and supporting Azure, Windows, and RDS technologies.
• Windows technologies: RDS, IIS, GPOs, Active Directory.
• Familiar with CSP program and Lighthouse.
• M365/SharePoint support and implementation.
• AVD support and implementation.
• PowerShell/Automation experience.
• ASR/DR testing and failovers.
• Azure networking.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain 24x7 Azure CSP environments, RDS deployments and Windows technologies.
• Make recommendations of Azure and Windows policies and standards – strategic planning.
• Lead multiple large-scale projects and mentor team members.
• Convert business problems into technical solutions and opportunities.
• Resolve Azure, Windows, and RDS escalations from clients and team members.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage configuration and deployment of Azure resources per policies.
• Suggest solutions to improve performance, redundancy and flexibility.
• Troubleshoot Azure and Windows performance issues.
• Maintain system availability and monitoring of critical services.
• Interact with 3rd party vendors and evaluate software purchases.
• Participate in ITIL change control activities.
• Establish upgrade and backup strategies for core infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
