Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Developer to design, administer, and optimize the organization’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You will lead automation initiatives and influence technical strategy, engaging with executives and business leaders.

The role offers high visibility, ownership of enterprise automation, and opportunities to shape the IT landscape as the company scales.

Qualifications

Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar technologies.
Strong scripting and integration experience using Python and APIs.
Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and identity management best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Drive automation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Lead enterprise automation and integration initiatives connecting cloud platforms and ERP/HR/Finance systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and executives to improve data flow and reduce manual processes.
Take ownership of strategic integration and automation projects from concept through implementation.
