Qualifications
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar technologies.
- Strong scripting and integration experience using Python and APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and identity management best practices.

The IT Infrastructure Developer will be responsible for designing, administering, securing, and optimizing the organization's Microsoft 365 and Azure environments while driving automation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
This individual will serve as a key technical leader, helping modernize infrastructure, streamline workflows, improve security, and support long-term scalability across enterprise systems.
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud environments, including networking, storage, compute, and platform services.
- Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity governance, conditional access, and role administration.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, compliance, and endpoint management.
- Monitor cloud utilization, performance, security, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Design and implement automation solutions that streamline IT operations and business processes.
- Develop PowerShell, Python, and Power Platform solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Build automated provisioning, onboarding, user management, and workflow orchestration processes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive operational controls.
- Strengthen security posture through implementation of modern security controls and best practices.
- Manage MFA, conditional access policies, endpoint compliance, and least-privilege access models.
- Participate in security reviews, audits, and incident response activities.
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational compliance requirements.
- Lead enterprise integration and automation initiatives connecting cloud platforms, ERP systems, HR solutions, financial applications, and other critical business platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and executive stakeholders to improve data flow and reduce manual processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Take technical ownership of strategic integration and automation projects from concept through implementation.
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and operational procedures.
- Support business continuity planning and operational readiness initiatives.
- Partner closely with IT leadership on strategic planning and technology modernization efforts.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
