Job summary

TrustedTech, a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, seeks an Associate Cloud Architect to assist in migrating and modernizing client Azure environments. You will perform data gathering, assist with migration plans, and maintain essential documentation under the guidance of senior Cloud Architects.

The role emphasizes eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and foundational Azure knowledge. Requires flexible hours and strong communication skills for collaboration with a U.S.-based team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Foundational understanding of Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity).
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Ability to work during and outside standard business hours to support migrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cloud Architects in the design, planning, and delivery of Azure and hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Conduct environment discovery, data gathering, and assessment activities for client migration and modernization projects.
• Execute Azure subscription migrations following a Cloud Architect-designed plan, including after-hours or weekend activities when required.
• Support the documentation of environments, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases.
• Assist with generating assessment reports and client deliverables using Azure tools.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and internal team development programs to build proficiency in Azure technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
