Job summary

Eagle Point Software Corporation is seeking an experienced Application Architect to anchor our engineering team. You will architect and implement the Azure-based platform, write C# and Angular, and drive AI-enabled development across products.

You’ll balance hands-on coding with strategic design, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across the full stack. Hybrid/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years designing and implementing software applications, including large-scale projects, in architecture or tech lead roles.
• Proven track record balancing hands-on development with architecture and leadership.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-time-zone distributed teams.
• Hybrid/remote working environment experience.
• Deep hands-on Azure experience and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system architecture with Solutions Architect from PoC to production.
• Translate business goals into scalable architecture and communicate direction clearly.
• Design and build software hands-on in C# and Angular; set coding standards.
• Maintain architecture docs, diagrams, and specs for team confidence.
• Own the Azure environment: production workloads and IaC management.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for web apps.
• Champion security practices and SOC 2 compliance in Azure.
• Drive AI-assisted development tooling and integration into products.
• Enforce architectural standards through reviews and coaching.
