Job summary

AHEAD helps enterprises assess, design, build, and migrate to Microsoft Azure, and increasingly builds AI agent platforms on top of it. As a Principal Technical Consultant, you own end-to-end delivery at client sites, from assessment to design, build, governance, and hand-off to client teams.

This hands-on role includes delivery leadership, writing infrastructure and agent code, and delivering client governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering or technical consulting.
• 5+ years delivering Azure infrastructure, landing zones, or migrations.
• At least 18 months delivering GenAI or agent systems to production.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business challenges and translate them into technical solutions for Azure landing zones, migrations, or agent platforms.
• Lead junior and mid-level consultants; set direction, review work, and develop them into delivery owners.
• Shape engagements with account teams; scope, deliverables, and effort estimates.
