Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years on AWS production workloads.
• Experience with incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on with monitoring, automation, and alerting.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; background check required.
• No sponsorship available for visa.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of production apps and infra.
• Define and monitor service-level indicators and reliability metrics.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, dashboards, and observability tools.
• Lead production incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, or similar.
• Work with teams to implement deployment safeguards and health checks.
