Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on AWS cloud operations and production support experience.

• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and ticket management.
• Able to work in a 24x7 production environment and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for AWS hosted enterprise applications.
• Monitor applications using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, and related tools.
• Investigate alerts and incidents, identify failure points and business impact.
• Coordinate resolution with application developers, cloud teams, and SMEs.
• Support releases, production changes, and resiliency exercises.
• Escalate complex incidents with full technical findings.
