Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on AWS cloud operations and production support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
AWS Associate-level certification or equivalent demonstrated AWS expertise.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for AWS-hosted enterprise applications.
Monitor applications and infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, and related tools.
Investigate alerts and incidents; coordinate resolution with developers, cloud teams, and SMEs.
Manage incidents, operational tickets, and support queues through ServiceNow.
Support releases, production changes, resiliency exercises, and weekend activities.
