Job summary

You will be a core technical contributor delivering trusted, scalable software that supports the firm’s digital products. As a hands-on leader, you will advance secure coding practices, AI-assisted development, and enterprise-grade design while guiding cross-functional teams through the SDLC in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operations.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, React/Angular.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews/debugs code written by others.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and outcomes.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development/automation capabilities to improve value of automation.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve overall stability of software applications.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors/teams to probe architectural designs and applicability.
