We're seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to support modern cloud, SaaS, and enterprise infrastructure.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Strong AWS cloud experience, particularly in infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
• Well-rounded knowledge of SaaS portals, including licensing, permissions, and RBAC
• Robust sysadmin and server management skills
• Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure deployment
• Familiarity with supporting hybrid environments, including Active Directory, identity management, and endpoint security
• Experience scripting with PowerShell or other automation languages
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including executives
• Demonstrated respect for processes, compliance, and regulation within a regulated industry environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, or Microsoft technologies
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management
• Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization projects
• Previous experience working in banking, financial services, or other heavily regulated sectors

Preferred Education and Experience

• 3–6 years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Hands-on cloud deployment and support in AWS or Azure environments
• Exposure to security and compliance standards relevant to regulated industries

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work three days per week: Tuesday through Thursday
• Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and collaborate within a small, fast-paced team
• Ability to manage and document complex troubleshooting and support activities
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively
