The role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, migration strategies, automation, DevOps practices, security, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure environments while advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy, modernization roadmaps, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud infrastructure environments across AWS and Azure.
- Define target-state infrastructure architecture and transformation roadmaps aligned with business, technology, security, and operational objectives.
- Design scalable, resilient, highly available, and secure cloud solutions leveraging AWS and Azure native services.
- Drive large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including rehosting, replatforming, and application refactoring strategies.
- Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and related automation tools.
- Lead DevOps adoption by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, environment provisioning, and release management best practices.
- Establish and enforce cloud governance, security standards, compliance controls, and operational policies throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders, application teams, security teams, and operations teams to define and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Advise customer executives and senior stakeholders on cloud strategy, operating models, modernization opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop business cases for cloud transformation initiatives, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ROI analysis, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive cloud cost optimization programs through resource right-sizing, utilization monitoring, financial governance, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Lead architecture reviews, design governance sessions, technical assessments, and executive-level presentations.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across architecture, automation, cloud operations, and infrastructure transformation programs.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, platform optimization, performance tuning, and service reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 12-18 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud engineering, enterprise technology transformation, or infrastructure consulting.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture patterns, including microservices, serverless computing, containers, and Kubernetes platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or equivalent tools).
- Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, identity management, security architecture, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
- Experience working in regulated environments with a strong understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and security controls.
- Ability to perform business case analysis, technology assessments, architecture reviews, and strategic roadmap planning.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills with experience engaging executive leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business, architecture, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional certification.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformation and digital modernization programs.
- Knowledge of FinOps, cloud financial management, and infrastructure cost optimization practices.
- Experience with hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and regulated banking or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience supporting global delivery models and large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
