TechClub Inc in Parsippany, NJ seeks an AWS Connect Architect for a 100% onsite role. You will design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, and related AWS services, with a focus on API integrations and scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate understands customer challenges, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly while delivering cloud contact center solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of AWS Connect and contact center tech.
Solid understanding of AWS cloud services with solution architecture skills.
Deep expertise in AWS contact center services, including Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda.
Experience with API-based integrations and API design.
Experience integrating with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and bot platforms.
Ability to translate customer requirements into differentiating solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Description

Essential Skills:

AWS Connect Architect Good understanding of contact center technology landscape.
An understanding of AWS Cloud platform and services with Solution architect skills.
Deep expertise on AWS contact center relevant services. Sound experience in developing Amazon Connect flows , AWS Lambda and Lex bots
Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration experience
Functional and technical understanding of building API-based integrations with Salesforce, Service Now and Bot platforms
Ability to understand customer challenges and requirements, ability to address these challenges/requirements in a differentiated manner.
Ability to help the team to implement the solution, sell, deliver cloud contact center solutions to clients. Excellent communications skills
Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input
Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment
