Job summary

Webull, headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our cloud platforms are highly available, secure, and scalable for 24/7 trading operations.

You will own AWS production environments, lead on-call incident response, and drive automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitOps. A strong background in SRE, Linux, and modern tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud ops, SRE, or DevOps with AWS production workloads.
• Strong knowledge of core AWS services and Linux troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure.
• Scripting in Python or Shell; Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AWS production environments across regions for 24/7 trading.
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.
• Lead L2/L3 incident troubleshooting and perform post-incident RCAs.
• Manage infrastructure via Terraform/CloudFormation and GitOps workflows.
• Operate EKS/Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades and autoscaling.
• Maintain IAM roles, KMS, and Secrets Manager; support audits.
• Design backup and DR runbooks to meet RTO/RPO.
