Luma Financial Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, performance, and security across our AWS/Kubernetes stack. You will manage multi-region infrastructure, automate deployments, and enhance incident response with robust monitoring and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Site Reliability or Software Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Java, Python, Bash and Go.
• Experience with AWS services and Terraform.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and incident response skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineering to design and build infrastructure.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS and ensure security and scalability.
• Develop resilience strategies for multi-region, backups, DR, and failover.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and IaC.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Monitor performance and reliability with modern observability tools.
• Lead on-call rotations and drive root-cause analysis.
