Job summary

System One is seeking an AWS Cloud Security Architect to lead security design across enterprise applications and AWS/cloud platforms. You will shape security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures to enable secure cloud initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with cloud security, strong AWS expertise, and collaboration with engineering teams on risk assessments, security reviews, and secure AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with cybersecurity and cloud security.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity architecture experience in roles like Cloud Security Architect.
• 5+ years hands-on AWS cloud security experience, securing enterprise workloads and migrations.
• Knowledge of AWS security services, IAM, networking, logging, data protection, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide security architecture guidance for enterprise apps and AWS cloud environments.
• Partner with teams to securely migrate workloads to AWS and other cloud platforms.
• Define security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for cloud security capabilities.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for cloud-native, API, container, and AI solutions.
• Define controls and remediation plans for identified security gaps.
• Support secure AI/GenAI adoption including LLM integrations and data protection.
