MANTECH seeks an AWS Cloud Engineer to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team. The role focuses on building and maintaining enterprise AWS environments, leveraging SaltStack for automation, and supporting CI/CD pipelines across government-focused programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 20 years in systems administration or cloud engineering, and an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; alternate 5 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 20 years of experience as Systems Administrator or Cloud Engineer on similar scope programs.
• Must hold an IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent) or obtain within 60 days of start.
• Proficiency in RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with cloud environments and practical knowledge of cloud governance and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 administration, troubleshooting, and support for Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11, and RHEL 8/9 within cloud environments.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud environments, using Kion for governance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and configurations with SaltStack for provisioning and deployment.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and stability across development teams.
• Monitor performance, availability and security, and perform root cause analysis.
