Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead – AI & DATA to guide advanced AI and data solution delivery. You will advise, shape delivery strategies and lead teams to deliver value. The role blends technical expertise, project management, and client-facing leadership to drive successful AWS engagements.

You will contribute to solution content, support sales from Stage 0 to closure, and ensure high-quality delivery across multi-disciplinary teams while staying ahead of AI and data innovation trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading AI and data solution delivery.
• 5+ years as a technical advisor or delivery lead with client-facing skills.
• 5+ years supporting sales processes, including solution design and proposals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); if an Associate's degree then 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AWS AI & DATA engagements, guiding delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the sales process across key deals from initial opportunity through closure, contributing to solution content and delivery approach.
• Act as the face of delivery to customers, leading orals, supporting SOWs, building high-performing teams, ensuring program success.
• Oversee QA of delivery progress as projects move from sales to delivery teams, ensuring client alignment and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of latest AI and data solutions and AWS technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop industry and functional expertise to deliver tailored solutions for clients in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and CMT.
