Eagle One Solutions, Inc. (EOSi), a Chenega Professional Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support the Awards Program for a federal client’s large-scale organization. You will oversee coordination, tracking, editing, and QC of awards across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams. A Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in project management or related field.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Clearance: Public Trust or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Awards Program including coordination, tracking, editing, and QC of awards across the organization.
  • Reviews award submissions quality, edits as needed, assembles packages, and delivers for signature.
  • Liaises with federal HR, requestor, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality awards.
  • Tracks submissions and provides metrics on timeliness and quality.
  • Develops award policies, procedures, guidance, solicitations, and related information.
  • Plans and facilitates meetings to align stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Drives task completion, tracks risks, and develops mitigation plans.
