Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. (EOSi), a Chenega Professional Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support an Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) for a federal client’s large-scale organization.

Responsibilities include planning through delivery, liaison with sponsors and stakeholders, and developing policies, KPIs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience, and MS Project/SharePoint/Teams proficiency. A Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Project, SharePoint, Teams.
• Current possession of a Public Trust, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Advanced Leadership Development Program from planning through delivery including applications, pre-selection nomination briefings, facilitating selection panels, developing policies and SOPs, and developing program metrics and KPIs.
• Liaises with federal sponsor, applicants, cross-functional teams, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules meet or exceed expectations.
• Utilizes tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Communicates solicitations, guidance, schedules and all relevant information to all stakeholders, including at the executive level.
• Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team and track tasks.
• Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
• Drives task completion, tracks risks, and develops mitigation plans.
• Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
