HKS Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support national award submissions, industry rankings and conference participation that elevate the firm’s brand.

You will collaborate with Communications & PR, Design Leadership, Practice Leadership and Business Development to showcase design excellence and enhance talent attraction. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and creative contribution across multiple teams while maintaining brand consistency and supporting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Asana preferred.
• Knowledge of branding principles and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and management of the annual awards calendar with Design Leadership and Practice Marketing Directors.
• Supports firmwide awards tracking in Asana, monitoring entries, deadlines, costs, wins and losses across practices and sectors.
• Optimizes submission timing to capture early-bird deadlines and improve cost efficiency.
• Facilitates project submission development and communication with awards organizations.
• Collaborates with Communications and PR teams to maximize the value of wins and support post-award recognition.
• Maintains organized archives of submissions, assets and jury feedback.
• Maintains annual conference calendar and coordinates collection of content assets for marketing and business development.
