Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and Asana, plus strong writing and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree.
• Typically with 1+ years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Asana preferred.
• Experience in public relations and corporate communications preferred.
• Knowledge of branding principles and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong writing skills with experience in graphically designed page layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and management of the annual awards calendar with leadership teams.
• Support firmwide awards tracking in Asana, monitoring entries, deadlines, costs, wins and losses.
• Optimize submission timing to capture early-bird deadlines and improve cost efficiency.
• Facilitate project selection, submission development and communication with award organizations.
• Collaborate with Communications and PR teams to maximize value of wins and post-award recognition.
• Help develop and improve systems and processes that increase submission quality and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized archive of submissions, assets and jury feedback.
• Contribute to conferences and industry event tracking and content collection.
