SYNERGY HomeCare in Tulsa, OK is hiring CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll perform personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, vital signs checks, and light housekeeping, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

We offer flexible scheduling (days/evenings/weekends), weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive support from management. Current Oklahoma CNA license required, with a vehicle and valid license.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA license (active and in good standing).
• Big heart and professional attitude.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers (equipment provided).
• Pass background check/Drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility and transfers (equipment provided).
• Medication reminders and monitoring.
• Vital signs monitoring and health observation.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Provide reliable, consistent care.
