Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our award-winning team. Provide one-on-one in-home care, focusing on quality patient care and caregiver satisfaction, in a supportive environment with strong agency backing.

You will perform personal care, monitor health, assist with mobility and transfers, and collaborate with families, receiving comprehensive orientation, ongoing training, and 24/7 management support.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA license (active and in good standing)
• Big heart and professional attitude
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers (equipment provided)
• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and vital signs monitoring
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing reliable and consistent care
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
• Monitor health changes and make a real impact on clients' lives
• Work independently with full agency support
