Qualifications

• Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals, assist with eating, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and accompany for errands/transportation when authorized.
