Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes across Oklahoma. You’ll be rewarded with weekly pay, flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends, and the chance to work with an award-winning agency that values client and caregiver satisfaction.

Applicants must hold an active Oklahoma CNA license, demonstrate reliability and compassion, and have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate, patient-focused care and professional attitude.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to assist with mobility/transfers; equipment provided.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers; use provided equipment.
• Medication reminders and health monitoring.
