Job summary
SYNERGY HomeCare in Oklahoma City is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. You will work with clients in their homes, providing personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, and health monitoring.

Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA license in good standing.
- Ability to provide one-on-one home care with professionalism.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home care for clients.
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Support mobility and transfers with provided equipment.
- Remind and monitor medications as needed.
- Monitor vital signs and health changes.
- Prepare meals and provide nutritional support.
- Perform light housekeeping as required.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
- Deliver reliable, consistent caregiving.
