Achuti LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for government and military clients.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with contractors, preparing budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business. This is a hands-on role at a fast-paced, growth-focused firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management, ideally with federal or military contracts.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating contractors.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks to prevent delays.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide updates.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tailored proposals.
• Foster client relationships to support business development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
