Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably with federal or military contracts.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and QA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with drive to deliver projects successfully.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Lead project teams, including contractors and stakeholders, to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet timelines and cost targets.
• Identify, address, and resolve project risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders while providing transparent updates to clients and senior management.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposal packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development and expand opportunities.
• Advise leadership on business opportunities and process improvements.
