Achuti LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for government and military clients.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with contractors, preparing budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business. This is a hands-on role at a fast-paced, growth-focused firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management, ideally with federal or military contracts.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating contractors.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and multitasking.

Achuti LLC, an award-winning design-build and construction firm serving military and federal clients globally, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight : Lead all phases of construction projects, managing operations to meet company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones while ensuring collaboration and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Estimating & Proposals: Prepare accurate cost estimates and tailored proposal packages.
• Business Growth: Foster client relationships to support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Strategic Input: Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for improvement and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in construction project management, ideally with federal or military contracts.
• Leadership: Skilled in managing teams and driving project success.
• Expertise: Proficient in construction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and multitasking.
• Client Relations: Ability to build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
