The ideal candidate has over 10 years of estimating experience, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred, and proficiency in cost estimating tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience required, focusing on design-build and federal projects.
• Experience with SATOC, MATOC, or MACC estimating preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-construction activities and present cost analyses to stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of historical project data and analyze market trends.
