Job summary

St. Croix National Golf & Events in Somerset, WI is seeking a part-time Server to join our award-winning team. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service or food service experience; basic math for transactions; and the ability to stand for extended periods. POS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently with order accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organize stations.
• Process guest payments securely and handle transactions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events.
