Job summary

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in Kenosha, WI is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You’ll greet guests, take accurate orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining room clean and organized, always delivering warm, attentive service consistent with our playbook and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, handling payments, managing multiple tables, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring needs are met.

• Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple tables while keeping the area clean and service smooth.
• Handle payments and close checks following company protocols.
• Keep service area clean and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Stay energized on your feet and assist teammates as needed.
