Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Upsell by suggesting food and beverages.
• Take and enter orders into POS accurately.
• Greet guests and present menus.
• Process payments.
• Clear and reset tables and linens.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
• Assist guests with questions and seating.
• Coordinate with staff for smooth operation.
• Observe guest satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Deliver items and replenish utensils and drinks.
• Prepare mixed drinks when allowed (18+ and licensed).
• Understand and communicate resort products and services.
• Stock and maintain par levels and side station.
• Answer phones and assist seating guests.
