• Participates in routine activities of patient care for the unit; assists with ADLs and basic nursing procedures.
• Reports care provided and changes in patient condition to the RN/LPN promptly to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs delegated care tasks under supervision and works as part of the interdisciplinary team.
