Job summary

Paramount Community Living and Rehab in Newton, KS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide high-quality resident care, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being, with shifts including 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and mobility, documenting care in EHR, communicating with staff, and supporting nutrition and companionship for residents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Current Kansas CNA certification required.
• Physical ability to lift/move residents and perform patient-care tasks.

• Accurately document care, changes in residents' conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records.
