Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in award management, program design, and activity management.
• Experience with U.S. government or international donor-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input into the design and guidance of new initiatives and awards
• Translate program priorities into scopes of work, budgets, and results frameworks
• Coordinate the award lifecycle, including clearances, start-up, modifications, and milestone tracking
• Ensure compliance with award requirements and timely delivery of activities
• Support strong closeout and transition documentation for completed awards
• Maintain visibility into portfolio timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for the award management team
