NFI Massachusetts Inc. seeks an Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor for its Beverly, MA residential youth program. The role provides direct care, life skills training, and supervision during the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) with an hourly rate of $25.50.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Youth Counselors oversight and supervision.
• Maintain direct care and safety of the youth.
• Remain awake throughout the shift.
• Conduct routine bed checks and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and administrative oversight.
• Offer ongoing staff and client support and role modeling.

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor for its residential youth program located in Beverly, MA

Our programs work with youth who are referred to us and are in need of temporary out-of-home placement. The Overnight Supervisor will provide direct care, support and supervision which includes life skills training, social and interpersonal skill development and community engagement.

Status: Full Time | Schedule: 3^rd Shift, 11:00pm-7:00am

Hourly Rate: $25.50/hour

Overtime opportunities available.

Overnight Residential Counselors are responsible for:

• Oversight of Overnight Youth Counselors
• Supervising and maintaining direct care and the safety of the youth.
• Remaining awake throughout the entire shift.
• Conducting routine bed checks.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
• Crisis intervention if needed.
• Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance and role modeling for staff and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Supervisory experience preferred
• At least one year of residential counselor experience working with a similar population.
• High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with adolescent population preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license.
