This full-time role oversees staff, youth, and daily operations to provide a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of residential youth experience, and a valid driver’s license.
NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Supervisor to join our residential youth programs located in Haverhill, Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody, and Amesbury, MA.
Our residential programs support youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement and serve adolescents and transitional-age youth (ages 12–22) with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, often with histories of complex trauma. Youth are referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the program, including oversight of staff, youth, and daily operations. This role provides leadership, ensures a safe and therapeutic environment, and supports the development of both staff and youth through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
Status: Full-time | Hourly Rate: $25.50
