Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II – Awake Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily care, support life skills, and follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans to promote dignity and independence.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; asleep hours pay $17.50/hour. Benefits are available for full-time staff, including health insurance, retirement match, and tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have active US driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach independent living skills at home and in the community.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Lead and mentor other staff, when needed.
