Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services in Yarmouth, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight. You’ll provide daily support and care in a residential setting, helping individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community and by following ISP and Behavior Support Plans.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour (awake) with location-based differentials; $17.50 for asleep hours. Schedule is Wednesdays and Saturdays 9pm–9am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
• Active US driver's license issued from your state of residence
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Providedaily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence byteaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implementIndividual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist withpersonal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals incommunity activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overallhealth and well-being.
• Maintain accuratedocumentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role bytraining and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships withfamilies, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain aclean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities
