Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Virginia, MN is hiring a part-time awake overnight Direct Support Professional for our adult foster care home. You will assist people with disabilities and mental illness, performing daily tasks with compassion and respect.

No prior experience is required. Shifts are 9pm to 7am, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend. Salary: $18.75-$19.25 per hour; benefits include health/dental insurance, retirement plan, PTO, paid training, and more.
