Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) seeks a part-time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Village Green I in Mora, MN. You will help adults with disabilities live fulfilling lives, with no prior experience required.

Shift is 11:00pm–9:00am, 30 hours per week, six on/ eight off, every other weekend. Duties include medication administration, household tasks, personal care, and community activities, all within a supportive, person-centered culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications are required to start in this field.
• Compassion, warmth, and reliability are valued traits for this DSP role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks based on individual needs and goals.
• Administer medications as assigned.
• Perform household duties and personal hygiene assistance.
• Support behavioral management and safety.
